This new collection of design-led clocks astounds both trade and consumers
The range of new clocks that will be introduced in 2011 will be added to the successful NeXtime range of clocks. The entire 2011 collection is a statement from Dutch company NeXtime showing their commitment to strong contemporary clock designs combined with a high degree of craftsmanship and dedication. It sets apart NeXtime from others.
“A great example of NeXtime’s vision on clock design is one of our new clocks aptly named ‘Shell', said Alain Frie, creative director of NeXtime. “The striking design of this clock is pre-dominantly made out of sea shells! The use of sea shells as a material to manufacture this clock was challenging but I believe the ‘Shell’ is one the most stunning new clocks in our 2011 collection.” Alain also points us to ‘Voodoo’, a men-like shaped desktop clock that can
hold notes using, of course, pins and a series of clocks where the hands are truly an integral part of the whole clock design, like with ‘King Kong’ where the plane shaped hands of clock turn around King Kong on the dial. Just to name a few of the new clocks in the 2011 collection of NeXtime which will come available in stores around the world as of April.
