ding3000

ding3000 is a team of three young designers who got to know each other during their studies at the FH Hannover. After working for different studios such as Vogt&Weizenegger and Marcel Wanders they started the design studio ding3000 in 2005.

With their drafts ding3000 has so far received 19 design prizes including several times the internationally renowned iF Product Design Award, the Good Design Award, the RedDot Design Award and the Design Plus Award. In November 2005 the magazine "designreport" featured ding3000 as newcomers. Apart from a multitude of further publications in Germany and abroad, in 2007 and 2008 they were introduced in several books, among them "Design Now!" published by Taschen, "Furnish and Desire - The Shape of Things to Come" by Gestalten.

Furthermore, presence on fairs and exhibitions in Cologne, Milan, Frankfurt and Berlin during the last years is showing positive results: in the meantime they worked for different companies like Authentics, Konstantin Slawinski, Magazin, Troika and Side by Side. In 2009 more than two dozens of designs were available in stores throughout the world making ding3000 one of the most productive young design studios in Germany.
